Murdoch University Alumni Networking Party 2015
Murdoch University Alumni Malaysian Chapter started the Year 2015 social calendar off with a bang with another exciting Networking Party! The exclusive networking event was hosted by Murdoch University and held in a private function room at Havana Bar and Grill, Kuala Lumpur. More than 40 Murdoch alumni and their friends attended this annual networking party. Everyone were treated with delicious treats of food and refreshments, free flowing house beers, house wines, juices, soft drinks with music.
President of the Murdoch University Malaysian Alumni Chapter, Mr Adrian Ong, welcomed guests and thanked all Murdoch graduates for their continuous support. He thanked Murdoch University, particularly the Alumni Relations team for their support of this event. Adrian also emphasised that this year Murdoch University is celebrating its 40th Anniversary and the Malaysian Alumni Chapter is 15 years old. Plans for celebration activities include bi-annual Murdoch University Alumni Movie Extravaganza 2015 – Avengers : Age of Ultron and a formal dinner. Adrian then introduced Ms. Vanessa Fernandez, who resumed her role back as Murdoch University Alumni Relations Manager early this year. Vanessa thanked Adrian for his continuous support in promoting Murdoch University and his leadership as President for the last 12 years. She hoped that each graduates continue to recognise the value in connecting with the Alumni chapter and encourage others to be connected as well. Everyone continues to enjoy the food and music thereafter.
